Since 2002, helping people to help companies

NorthBrasil develops innovative solutions in T&D, different from the models usually practiced.
We are specialized in the development and application of experiential programs focused on the performance of people and teams, operating in the training and development market since 2002.
We have a multidisciplinary team, all with the experience and qualifications necessary to serve different audiences, from different segments. We are always focused on helping companies achieve sustainable growth through personal and professional changes achieved through Training and Development programs.

Master Instructor certified by ABTD, she has extensive experience in creating and applying organizational games working in large companies and in partnerships with large consultancies. Gymnast for 16 years, Silvia is Graduated, Bachelor and Licensed in Physical Education, Postgraduate in Cooperative Games – UNIMONTE, Graduated in Focusing Group Dynamics – IDEPRO. Extensive experience in Team Building programs; Lecturer in the Discipline Management in Sport at the Faculty of Physical Education at UNICAMP, Lecturer in the Adventure Sports Course (Junior Company of the Faculty of Physical Education – USP), Female Entrepreneur SEBRAE. Creator of the games: Supreme Court, The Arca, Star Motors Company, Elite Team, Mukuru, Medieval Crusade, Circensis, among others. More than 1,000 training sessions conducted by NorthBrasil.

Bruno Bakaukas

Bruno é Engenheiro de Telecomunicações formado no INATEL. Possui MBA em Gestão Empresarial na FGV e Pós-graduação em Gestão Emocional nas Organizações pelo Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa do Hospital Albert Einstein. Atuou como Trainer do Treinamento de Competências Interpessoais por 8 anos no Instituto Dale Carnegie. Bruno é um dos membros do Neuroleadership Institute®, onde atua conduzindo treinamentos e formações de novos Coaches. É professor habilitado pelo Santa Barbara Institute for Consciousness Studies a ministrar o CEB – Cultivating Emotional Balance. Possui certificação para aplicação dos instrumentos / treinamentos: PoY – Points of You, MBTI Step I & II, Birkman, EQi 2.0 e Crucial Conversations. Bruno também é Coach e Mentor certificado pelo Movimento Ford Guest Experience.
