When you experience a well-designed game in its entirety, in addition to greater chances of achieving learning, you have the opportunity to work the two cerebral hemispheres in a harmonious way, without there being a predominance of one of them all the time, as in the methods more orthodox.

For this reason, NorthBrasil chose to develop complete experiential activity programs and is specialized in the ELC (Experiential Learning Cycle) methodology, whose objective is to extract, together with the group, the best analogies and learnings.

Through the ELC learning method, the person experiences concrete and playful experiences, allowing him to walk from the experience to the report of the lived experience, until reaching a concrete action to apply in real everyday situations, through abstraction and/or internalization of concepts, methods and meaning.
